In association with PayPoint, we have recently trialled a new process of sending links to PayPoint barcodes to customers, via our Mobile SMS service. A specially designed reporting portal monitors successfully delivered barcodes, as well as customer access over time - to monitor trends for customers who revisit and conclude payments.
After successful testing across 20 different handsets, everymessage proved to show the highest successful scanning rate across all devices, when compared with our competitors. This is due to our unique rendering mobile web engine, which optimises the user experience based on the mobile device capability.
Since November, everymessage has now delivered over 1,000,000 barcodes to customers, in the industry's largest customer trial, with very high success rates.
